High Plains Health Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, raises money to help Morton County Health System deliver state-of-the-art health care and services to the community. High Plains Health Foundation is committed to caring for families, friends, and neighbors throughout southwest Kansas, northwest Oklahoma, and south east Colorado.
