Mission Statement
High Plains Health Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, raises money to help Morton County Health System deliver state-of-the-art health care and services to the community. A strong health care foundation makes a community strong. High Plains Health Foundation is committed to caring for families, friends, and neighbors throughout southwest Kansas, northwest Oklahoma, and south east Colorado.
We make sure that Morton County Health System can continue to provide innovative, quality health care to the region through community and philanthropic support. By advancing the mission of Morton County Health System , we continually strive to improve the quality of life for each individual we treat.
